Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Purpose

Identity Portal uses third-party identity and access services to authenticate approved users before granting access to privately managed applications.

Information involved in sign-in

When you sign in with Google, basic account information—including your email address, a provider-issued account identifier, and potentially your display name or profile information—may be exchanged with Cloudflare Access to authenticate you and evaluate the applicable authorization policy.

This sign-in configuration does not request permission to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Contacts.

How information is used

Sign-in information is used to verify identity, determine whether access is authorized, and support authentication security and troubleshooting. Cloudflare and Google may process additional technical information under their respective service policies.

Service providers and retention

Authentication relies on Google and Cloudflare Access. These providers may maintain authentication sessions, security logs, and related technical records according to their configurations and applicable policies. This site itself does not provide user registration or collect information through forms.

Access and questions

For questions about authorization or personal information associated with this private application, contact the administrator through the communication channel used to receive access. You may also review the privacy information from Google and Cloudflare.
